Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv completed on Saturday the Regular Season schedule with a 77-86 loss in Kfar Blum vs Galil Elyon.
Fourty Eight hours after their win in Thessaloniki vs Virtus Bologna, Shelef & Co started well & led 26-19 at the end of the first quarter and 47-35. Udrih made it 49-35 and Maccabi looked well on the way to their 21st league win. But lack of concentration due to fatigue, enabled Galil , led by Lamont Jones & Ilan Berkovic, to come back and at the end of the third Maccabi’s lead was only 61-60. Galil took the lead 64-63 and increased it gradually to inflict Maccabi its second league loss of the season.
