The Israeli Basketball League will made up of 10 teams this season, 2007/2008, as well. The directorate of the BSL hasn’t decided it regarding the 2008/09 season’s structure.
The teams to play the Israeli Super league this season are: Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv, Hapoel Jerusalem, Hapoel Galil Elyon, Ironi Nahariya, Gilboa/Afula, Ironi Ramat Gan, Maccabi Rishon Letzion, Ironi Ashkelon and newcomer Hapoel Holon.
