While the team is battling on the court to reach the peak of the Euroleague, club management is also hard at work. Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv recently announced the launching of the club’s official fan club, Maccabist, and calls upon the team’s fans to join and give their support.
The club’s co-General Managers, Eli Drikes and Danny Federman, declared: “The fans have been and will always be an integral part of the club. Without all of the support they have shown over the years, Maccabi would never have achieved the same successes that are part of the club’s history and tradition. The goal of Maccabist is to strengthen the connection between the fans and the team. It is our wish that every fan will feel closer to the team and the club, thanks to Maccabist. Now, they can do so for free.”
There are two different kinds of Maccabist membership:
The Free Maccabist Membership provides members with access to a bi-weekly digital magazine with exclusive segments along with pre-game and post-game articles, as well as the opportunity to participate in events with the team.
The VIP Maccabist Membership provides members with advance sale of tickets, discounts in the team store and on Celebrate with Maccabi events, a personal membership card and gifts for joining, including a full-color book telling the history of the club, a key chain, and a 50 NIS coupon good for purchases in the official team store.
The VIP Maccabist Membership costs only 9 NIS per month.
