Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv will open its ganes in Group G of the Top 16, on March 04 in Valencia vs Pamesa. Its second game will also be away, on March 11 in Kaunas vs Zalgiris.
The first home game will be on March 18 vs Ulker Istanbul. Game 4 will be played on March 25 in Tel Aviv vs Pamesa. On April 01 Maccabi will play in Istanbul vs Ulker. The final game will be on April 08 in Tel Aviv vs Zalgiris.

Group D: CSKA, Cibona, TAU, Olumpiacos.
Group E: Efes Pilsen, Skipper, Ljubljana, Pau-Orthez.
Group F: Barcelona, Benetton, Siena, Panathinaikos.
The four group winner will play in the Final Four at the NOKIA Arena in Tel Aviv on April 29 and May 01, 2004.
