Arik Shtilman, Rapyd CEO and co-founder: “This is a very proud moment for me, both on behalf of Rapyd and as a lifelong fan of the team, to join the Maccabi Tel Aviv family. To be able to partner with Maccabi Tel Aviv, a team that has a long history of success, both in Israel and internationally, serves as an inspiration to us at Rapyd as we continue our global growth, and to our users who rely on us to provide them the keys they need to win in local markets all over the world”.
Shimon Mizrahi, chairman of the Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball club, welcomed the agreement: “Rapyd, like Maccabi, is an Israeli pioneer carving its path throughout the globe. We too have learned and know how to reach into new areas and win, whether it is in Asia, Europe, or the Americas, and that is exactly what I wish for our new partners. Go anywhere – and win. I have no doubt that today we are embarking on a fruitful, exciting, and long-term collaboration”.
