The Israel Junior National Team finished in 10th place in the Albert Schweitzer tournament in Manheim, Germany with 2 wins & 4 deferats. Israel’s top player was Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv player Omri Casspi with averages of 20.8 pts & 8.8 rbds which put him in the tournament’s AllStar team. Three of Maccabi’s Junior Team also took part in the tournament: Captain Gal Mekel, Sean Daniel & Anton Shutbin.
