Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv will play tomorrow, Thursday 20/11/03 at 20:30 vs Panathinaikos Athens on the third day of the Euroleague Regular Season.
The Greek champions practiced last night in the Nokia Arena. In a press conference the two head coaches, Zelimir Obradovic & Pini Gershon, agreed that the games between the two teaams are always very competitive & entertaining. Obradovic is on his fifth season with Panathinaikos & Gershon on his fourth with Maccabi. In five games vs Maccabi since he took over in SAthens, Obradovic won three times and lost twice. Arriel McDonald, ex Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv player, is on his second season with Panathinaikos.
Tomoorow will be also the official launching of the Nokia Arena, replacing the old Tad Eliyahu Sports Palace.
