Ray: “It’s a blessing to come to a club like this”

Kendrick arrived to Israel ready to go: “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone to work hard and to win as many games as possible. We’ll have a good roster I know some of the players and we’ll have a good team this year”

The day of arrivals continued with the arrival of Kendrick Ray, the former Nymburk guard who ended last season as the Czech league MVP was welcomed with fans who came to greet him with songs and dressed in yellow.

“It’s a blessing to come to a club like this”, said Kendrick Ray in the arrivals hall at Ben Gurion International airport. “I came to work hard, and I’ve been working hard all summer. I intend to prove myself here, I’ll do what I know I will work hard and my time will come”.  

“I’m really excited to join such a big club, this is truly a blessing for me. Ray added. “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone to work hard and to win as many games as possible. We’ll have a good roster I know some of the players and we’ll have a good team this year”.

Kendrick Ray is the fourth player to land on “the day of arrivals” after Scottie Wilbekin, Alex Tyus, John DiBartolomeo and was only followed by Angelo Caloiaro. During the week Michael Roll and DeAndre Kane will arrive as well.
