In an impressive achievement for Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv’s guard, Ricky Hickman was named to the All-Euroleague Second Team for 2014 after being named Playoffs MVP with an index ranking of 22.3.

Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv’s guard Ricky Hickman has been named to the All-Euroleague Second Team for 2014, after also being named Playoffs MVP with an index ranking of 22.3 based on impressive stats of 16.5 points (60% from 2 point range, 50% from 3 point range, and 91.3% from the foul line), 4.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. In his best game of the series, Hickman was outstanding with 26 points (9 of 9 from the foul line) and an index ranking of 36 that gave Maccabi a 1-0 lead in the series.
Overall, in the 2013-2014 season, Hickman’s second with the club, he finished with averages of 12.1 points, 2.8 assists, and 2.6 rebounds.
Named to the All-Euroleague First team are Sergio Rodriguez and Rudy Fernandez of Real Madrid, Keith Langford of Armani Milano, Sonny Weems of CSKA Moscow and Ante Tomic of Barcelona. Hickman is joined on the Second team by Vassilis Spanoulis of Olympiacos, Stephane Lasme of Panathinaikos, Victor Khryapa of CSKA Moscow and Nikola Mirotic of Real Madrid.
