Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv secured the services of the Israeli big for additional two years. Sorkin: “Happy to sign for the club that has become my home”
“Signing Roman Sorkin for two additional years beyond this one serves as a statement for our club’s long-term dedication”, said club chairman Shimon Mizrahi, “Roman will be one of the team’s anchors and one of our goals is to preserve the current roster and its continuity as much as possible. 26-years-old Sorkin owns averages of 11.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 0.6 blocks per game in the Israeli league. In EuroLeague play, the Israeli delivers 7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1 block per game. With his great character and work ethic, he rapidly became a fan favourite in Tel Aviv.
