Settlement agreement between Maccabi, Kuban and Ohayon

Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv, PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban and Yogev Ohayon would like to confirm the settlement agreement between all of the three parties under which a payment of $230,000 USD will be made to Lokomotiv-Kuban and all parties concerned confirm that they have no claims what so ever against each other.
