Sharon Drucker Signs for Three Years

Sharon Drucker has signed a three year contract with Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv in the position of assistant coach, and will arrive in Israel tomorrow in advance of Thursday’s Euroleague game against Cibona Zagreb.

Sharon Drucker, 41, has signed on as assistant coach with Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv for the next three seasons, including this one.
Drucker is expected to arrive in Israel tomorrow (Tuesday) and will be on the sidelines at Pini Gershon’s side during Thursday night’s Euroleague game against Cibona Zagreb at Nokia Arena.


Drucker’s biggest success to date came in 2004 when, as head coach of Hapoel Jerusalem, he brought the team to victory in the ULEB championship.
Drucker has also won the Belgian championship and the Belgian cup with Oostende, and the Challenge Cup (2006) with Russian team Ural Great.
In addition, Drucker coached for Lithuanian team Rytas Vilna, as well as Israeli teams Maccabi Ra’anana and Galil Elyon.
