“I expect the players to give everything they got in every game because we are Maccabi and we want a winning mentality” said coach Sfairopoulos. “We need to play our game and I’m proud of my player’s effort. There weren’t too many practices, this is a game we can learn from, I wanted us to play the best we can. We are getting better each day, we need to fix the little and today especially in the second half we were more focused and did things well. There’s no doubt we need time but we’re getting better every day. I have a full roster and every player can get the credit at any given moment. The players know that they will help the team and the team will help them”.
“We played hard”, said Caloiaro. “We always want to win, we made a step forward tonight and that’s the most important thing. There are no more injuries, we are getting better and we progress together. Bayern Munich?
