“I congratulated our players because of the win”, said coach Sfairopoulos. “Although we didn’t play good we won the game and this is very important, I can find a lot of excuses tonight, I don’t like excuses but this is the reality that we played our third game in five days and it’s not easy to handle the fatigue that we had”.
“I think our players responded really well”, coach Giannis concluded. “I want to give a lot of compliments to Jake that sprained his ankle in the previous game and he played tonight and he played for the team really well, also Alex who was sick in bed for three or four days and he participated too. We know we didn’t play well but the most important is to win games, we are in Maccabi and also it’s important to keep character because we continue and we have our
