“It was a very interesting game for the fans here”, said coach Giannis Sfairopoulos. ‘We were a little bit better in regulation, Rishon knows how to play here, and at
home they are a tough team and well organized on the court. They came back and got the lead in the end we had the chance to win before the end of regulation but we missed the last shot, after that we didn’t start well the first overtime they got a small lead but with good defense we manage to score easy fastbreak points to come back into the game and then in the second overtime I think we were very focused defensively we did a great job on defense they didn’t score and in the end we made some good play and won the game”.“I want to congratulate my players”, coach Giannis added. “it’s tough to play three games in five days, that was a really big issue for our player to play with this energy and to play like that with good concentration in this tough game and that’s why I want to congratulate them for the win and for the effort of how they played this game, I’m happy that we fought till the end and the end we won the game”.
