The Yellow & Blue celebrated the win over Jerusalem, as they start their preparation towards Wednesday night. Sfairopoulos: “Really happy with our defensive performance, from now on, we will focus on our EuroLeague matchup against Fenerbahce”
“I’m delighted with our showing on defense, we were focused”. Said coach Giannis Sfairopoulos after the win over Jerusalem. “I think we played an excellent second half, offensively, we moved the ball and found a lot of open shots. In the first half, we were nervous and stress, although we started well, we then hesitated and took bad shots as we allowed Jerusalem to score easy points. In the second period, we played better, but in the third and fourth quarter, we proved to deserve this win”.
About Tyler Dorsey going forward after his excellent debut: “Tyler had a great day, he will be much better because it was hard for him to play only one game a week. If you count in the past month, he played only three games, so it wasn’t easy for him. Now, this is his starting point”.
