Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv got exactly the start it needed to the week. In one of their better performances of the season so far in Winner’s league, the Yellows defeated Hapoel Galil Elyon 103:82 at Menora Mivtachim Arena.
Six players scored in double figures, led by Roman Sorkin with 20 points. On Tuesday, the Israeli champions will face a tougher challenge when Olimpia Milano arrives at Tel-Aviv. Two days after that, Maccabi will host Real Madrid, hoping to finish this week exactly how it started.
